IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Land O’ Lakes Rescue Petting Farm is now Permanently Closed
due to health reasons.
Land O’ Lakes Rescue Petting Farm is proud to provide a fun, safe and educational experience for the whole family. Come visit our farm and hang out with our amazing group of animals. They can’t wait to meet you!
Rescue. Rehabiltate. Repeat!
It's our mantra and it’s what keeps us going. Oftentimes, we will work with local humane societies when they have a farm animal that needs a home. For most of the animals who arrive at Land O’ Lakes Rescue Petting Farm, this is their forever home!
Odis has been rescued twice in his lifetime so far. Once in 2009
from becoming a family’s Easter dinner and the second time in 2014, when Odis survived
a mountain lion attack. Unfortunately the world has handed Odis another hurdle.
What was originally thought to be a kick to the left, front knee has actually
turned out to be a tumor. The tumor was removed this past December,
but has already started to grow back. Land O’ Lakes Rescue Petting Farm
is not giving up on this guy though and is hoping that other people won't either!
There are many ways that people can help Odis: Sponsor Odis through our Sponsorship Program,
donate to the farm directly via Paypal or e-transfer, or donate to his on-going vet bills at Bay of Quinte Vet by calling 613-966-5229.
Every little bit helps.

Educational!
This farm is a prime example that with love and attention animals can be rehabbed from previous trauma. We learned so much throughout the tour about each animal and their different needs. It was such a fun experience and we can’t wait to go back!"

An unforgettable experience!
"What a great little rescue farm. You can tell the owners really love these animals and spend many hours teaching them how to trust again. My three year old was in her glory petting and feeding all the animals. She was a bit shy at the start, but soon got the hang of it and didn’t want to leave. Thank you very much for a great experience. We will be back!"

Not to be missed!
"Such a great place! The animals are so gentle and loving. Coming from unthinkable places, to a place where they are cared for and loved. I recommend going to check it out if you can or donate online!"
